Our plans don't auto-renew
Every plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed period (for example, Basic for 60 days, Gold and Premium for 180 days). Nothing renews automatically, and you'll never be charged again without buying a new plan.
Want to cancel your subscription?
Just contact our team — through the chat icon on the site or your nearest branch — and let us know you'd like to cancel. Our team will take care of it for you. You can also simply let your plan run to its end date, after which your account returns to the free tier.
Taking a break from the platform
If you'd like to step away, you can also:
- Pause your profile to take a break (reversible anytime)
- Close your profile if you've found your match
- Delete your account if you'd like to leave
