Phone & email verification
- Verify your phone number using the OTP sent to you during sign-up or from your profile.
- Verify your email from your profile settings — we'll send a confirmation. These confirm your contact details and help keep your account secure.
Profile (ID) verification
To get the blue verified badge on your profile:
- Open your profile and start ID verification.
- Upload a clear photo of yourself, plus the front and back of your CNIC.
- Submit — our team reviews your documents, usually within 24 hours.
- Once approved, the verified badge appears on your profile.
Your CNIC details are used only to confirm your identity and are kept secure and confidential.
