How to Report a Profile

If you come across a suspicious, fake, or inappropriate profile, please report it immediately. How to report: 1. Open the profile you want to report 2. Click the "Report" button 3. Select the reason for reporting 4. Add any additional details 5. Submit Reasons to report: - Fake or misleading photos - False information in profile - Inappropriate or offensive content - Harassment or abusive messages - Scam or fraud attempt - Already married (misrepresenting marital status) - Underage user What happens after you report: - Our team reviews the report within 24 hours - The reported profile may be temporarily suspended during review - If found guilty, the profile is permanently banned - You will be notified of the outcome - Your identity is kept confidential Emergency situations: If you feel threatened or unsafe, please: - Contact local police immediately - Call our head office - Chat with us for immediate assistance We have zero tolerance for harassment, fraud, or misuse of our platform.

Getting Verified

A verified profile builds trust and gets more responses. Here's how verification works: Phone & email verification - Verify your phone number using the OTP sent to you during sign-up or from your profile. - Verify your email from your profile settings — we'll send a confirmation. These confirm your contact details and help keep your account secure. Profile (ID) verification To get the blue verified badge on your profile: 1. Open your profile and start ID verification. 2. Upload a clear photo of yourself, plus the front and back of your CNIC. 3. Submit — our team reviews your documents, usually within 24 hours. 4. Once approved, the verified badge appears on your profile. Your CNIC details are used only to confirm your identity and are kept secure and confidential.
